I agree with Dartht33bagger becuase if your going to overclock the CPU on a stock cooler you might find the temps a little on the hot side but i honestly dont think you will fry it, but to be safe i suggest get a better cooler like: Akasa AK-876 CPU Cooler Socket AM2 or even better Sunbeam...

A modular PSU dose not have all of it's cables and wires sticking out of it, you simply connect the cables that you require thus it saves on room and gives better air flow (basically better cable management)
