While the corsair 750 TX may be an over kill it will work just fine...That is what powers my rig.

64 Bit operating systems are useful for multi tasking...and will indeed recognize and use more ram...32 Bit operating systems...with 4 GB of ram...are better for on line gaming...32 Bit operating systems will use 3. something GB. Cheers.:)

That is the same CPU and motherboard that I have in my rig...I think your PSU could be a higher wattage...I know mine is an over kill...but I have the Corsair TX 750 and I do not regret it.

That is the one I have in my computer...it is more than I need...for what I use my computer for...but I do not regret it...If you are a heavy gamer you might need a bigger one...Depending on what size video card you have. Edit: I am not an expert on determining what kind of PSU is required for...
