    buy looking at you motherboard you connected the 24pin connecter right did you also connect the 8 pin connector to your motherboard you need to connect that as well ?

    maybe keep an eye on it the other thing to do is remove all the ram then put one stick in one socket then power it up also since it boot now try put a newest bios not the beta version and if you have the newest bios then download it and install again you never know could have...

    maybe try another power supply even if the fan is still running at the back of the power supply it can still fail like i say try different power supply gigabyte mother are well built i can t see any problem with that the other thing is check the heat sink it it install proper install...
