anyone tried Longhorn built 4008?

I tried it and well what can I say...
Its like win xp with a side bar with....SLIDESHOW AND A CLOCK
its so funny
I really wonder why I downloaded this lol
but its stable as xp and I've been told most xp drivers work with it

It's gonna need some refinement yet, but I may test it later on. Of course, MS doesn't know about slimming their OS down, so it'll probably be more bloated...oh, well, that inspires people to buy more PC parts.

I've still got a beta and RC1 of XP around here, and both were pretty good by the time I tried it out....I hope Longhorn will get slicker at this point. It shouldn't require a GF3 Ti200 to run the GUI of any OS.

It sucks, I hated it, Palladium will kick in, and it SUCKS. Pretty much XP with a high pricetag I predict, not worth it AT all.

As for the GUI they want to make it fully 3D so its minimum requirements will most probably need an amazing card, 32MB or 64MB or higher, they will replace the graphic engine, and build on it, make it better, hopefulyl more stable.

Microsoft is going to kill itself with its furthur OS's.
