Arctic Super?

Im building a seconadary system and wanted to look into high performance cooling mediums to aid overclocking.
Ive heard alot of good press about ARCTIC SILVER but would like to know what you lot at hardware forums think.
*Is Arctic silver the dogs bol :swear: ks?
*Is there something better?
Im getting a P4 2.4ghz (dont laugh) for a barebones sysyem and am on a mission to get the system as cool as possible.

opps I should have mentioned that i would be using it on a pentium 4. :rolleyes:
AMD told me that you shouldnt use unsetting thermal grease and other substances because of dissapation plus it voids the warranty.
Intel on the other hand say its fine for there chips and does not void the warranty. :chk:
So I wanted to get an Idea of how much better Arctic silver is at cooling than say standard silicone compound and grease. :swt:

Pentium 2.4ghz? why would we laugh!? its nice system, although for the price i would think of getting perhaps a 754Pin AMD or a low spec 939 system? (939 would be better)
