ASUS NVIDIA 560 Ti 2GB slow performance

Hi,

I have an issue with my video card. I've bought in the past week an NVIDIA 560 GTX Ti 2GB from ASUS and it's been working fine. Now all my games suffer from low frame rate.

PC:
AMD Phenom II X4 3.2 GHz
4 x 2GB Kingstom HyperBlu
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe
Enermax Modular 400W PSU (I'm thinking this might be the issue).

My question is if the games suffer from the 400W PSU (they've worked fine a week ago!)?

And could the graphics card have been damaged?

Can you please send the full specs and make sure that your CPU is not over clocked. if this fails change the power supply to another that you have.

Im not sure what to tell you unless i have the full specs so i can calculate the total wattage.
