Bass-what to tune to!

I just picked up playing bass guitar on the side a couple 2-3 weeks ago.
Its a squier p-bass 4 string, and i just want to know what to tune it to.
ive got a tuner blah blah
anyone know?

From the top of the neck down it's E-A-D-G, 'G' being the highest pitched note. Your bass has the same tuning as a regular guitar's top four strings, except two octaves lower in pitch. If you need more specific help, you my try asking my good friend, as he knows a lot more than me about pretty much everything... ;)
