Best Heatsink/fan for a 1U 478socket

I am building a 1u server (havn't picked a case yet), and I am looking for the Best possible (and smallest) heatsink and fan for my processor

here is what I already have.

MotherBoard - Intel D865GBF
CPU - Intel Pentium 4 3.0E Ghz.

Socket 478

any ideas?
 
Thas going to be a hard cpu to cool being a Prescott especially in such a small case. Cooler Master EIU-S61FS-01 may be some help but i'venot looked at it thoroughly.
 
There used to be a low-profile copper cooler with a Delta Fan on it, ~8500-10,000RPM. That would do the job! Don't know where to find 'em though... I'll keep searching and post it if I can.
