I like that it's free. What I don't like about Open Source is the support from many companies. Sure, it's working fine under Windows, but some stuff, good luck trying to find drivers for it, or software you want. Let's face it: you can't walk into Best Buy and grab something off the shelf and have it work under Linux. Most stuff doesn't

Actually, I voted for "by the people for the people" just for the pure constitutionality of it. :D If Linux is communist, then so where the founding fathers I guess <sarcasm>. To be honest though, I use Linux and GPL'ed software for all of the reasons listed, including that I don't want to support MS.
