blocked items trying to connect?

i have a couple of items that i dont know what they do that are trying to connect to the network.

dbmang application
tbmux32

they are currently blocked at the minute! should i let them thru or leave them blocked, they are inbound as well

if you dont need the services the provide, don't allow the connection! and remove the software....
