Buying a new PC, how much improvement will I see?

hello everybody

I currently have an older computer, I want to buy a new one.

Current config
Intel Pentium 4 2.66GHz single-core (CPU clock says 2009Mhz !?)
1GB Kingmax DDR 200MHz(PC3200)
Radeon 9200 SE 128MB
2 IDE HDs (Samsung SP1203n and Hitachi HDS7216PLAT80)


What I want to buy
AMD X2 250 Dualcore
Kingmax 2GB DDR2
Geforce 130GT 768MB
Samsung 320GB SATA

Applications
Samplitude, FL Studio - audio reording, sequencing, mixing, mastering
Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop - webdesign
Wamp server, PHP Designer - programming

Most of the softwares support dual-core as I read.

how much improvement will I see? noticable?

Are you kidding me? There will be a significant increase in performance in all aspects.
Try working with multiple programs at the same time with both computers or maybe play COD on each machine, then you can tell the difference.
