hey!
i've got a macbook at work with 10.4.11 os x on it. now, i got a leopard licence at last and would like to upgrade. i got a legit .dmg image also,which I restored onto a usb stick. i tried two booting ways:
1. rebooting and holding down the [alt] key. the only option i got was the hdd.
2. from startup disks i selected my usb flash, which said 10.5 os x and pressed restart. it said that i would be rebooted with the 10.5 disk. although,when rebooting it seems to have lost the usb drive suddently and boots from the hdd anyway...
any suggestions?
