I just installed Windows XP Professional x64 Edition on my HP Pavilion dv6000z CTO notebook. I got everything to work except for sound. I looked everywhere for Conexant High Definition Audio drivers and couldn't find anything. I tried the ATI Digital Audio trick and that gave me a "code 10" error. Any other suggestions? I'm really getting frustrated with the whole x64 thing..

Thank you for your help, but will that work with XP 64-bit? It only states that it runs in XP Home, Pro (32bit), and Media Center Edition. I'll try it and see what happens.

It turns out that I ditched the x64 junk. I just bought Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit and it works a lot better than XP 64 bit. Plus, the sound works. :)

Yeah, in fact 32-bit is more supported that 64-bit at the moment. But that'll change in the future.
