Case Fan Question

Well i wanted to try and solve my loud computer problem, so i unlugged my rear 120mm exhausted, and turned my tow 80mm fans in the front down to nothing on my fan controller, and left my 80mm on the side on. the only temp that changed was my HD which runs at 33*C now instead of 31*C. My CPU is still at 32*C, and my GPU stayed the same temp, as well as my MoBo. Is this normal, or does it jsut show i had some absolute junk fans.
 
If your case has poor intake, it doesn't really matter how much exhaust it has. Also, the ambient temperature in the room can have quite an effect.
 
Well i the cold wheather we are finally getting here in houston is helping my temps, i guess my vaccuum cleaner intake fans werent doing anything, so im kinda glad i dont have to deal with them anymore, considering all my temps are pretty good without them.
 
Yeah outside temps can affect things quite a bit, when we had hot weather over here (hot weather in the U.K?! Shock Horror!! :P) my case temps went up 10*C and CPU temps up a few degrees because the hotter air flowing over the heatsink fins wasn't removing heat as well as it should have been doing...if yur temps are okay without your vacuum fans then leave em off/out for a bit and see what happens, or look for some quite fans.
