Computer freezing randomly...

Hello all,

I have a E5200 Pentium Dual-Core processor, ASUS P5K-V, 4GBs of RAM and a 8800 GTS. My OS is Windows XP Pro SP2. My CPU/GPU temps are (tested using SpeedFan) 45C and 55-59C while idle, 55-60C and 70C while playing games (in this case, Team Fortress 2 and L4D2).

My computer has been freezing randomly for about 2 weeks. It usually happens when I turn it on (usually after loading Windows, when all the desktop stuff shows, but sometimes it freezes even before Windows start). More often, it freezes when I make a slight physical contact with the case (like slightly pushing it). I scanned my computer and there are no viruses and I myself believe this is a hardware-related problem.

What could be the cause of the problem? Is it because my CPU/GPU is overheated? Is my power supply failing?

EDIT: I tried using Hardware Monitor to check the voltages reading.
Vcore: 1.14 V
VIN1: 1.70 V
+3.3V: 3.30 V
+5V: 4.94 V
+12V: 8.36 V
VIN5: 1.72 V
VIN6: 1.22 V

EDIT 2: Looks like HMonitor is incorrect. Here are the readings from my BIOS:
Vcore: 1.200 V
3.3V: 3.296 V
5V: 5.160 V
12V: 11.872 V

Everything seemed fine, except for the GPU/CPU temps I think. Is that the cause of freezing?

Help appreciated.

Open the case and check all fans to make sure they are working, Is this pc getting hot in any way ? Also sounds like it might have a short somewhere..
This is one of those deals where you will have to through EVERYTHING and test and check...
