Connect PC to Mini System/HI-fi speakers

The specifications for my System are:
Thomson A3185 Mini System, 2x20 WRMS . 5Disc CD . RDS . Full Logic

Would it be possible with relative ease to connect my PC to the speakers on my hi-fi system?

Does your Hi-Fi have an AUX Input, either Phono sockets or a headphone jack?
If so then it should be alright, if not then you may need an amplifier (stack kind would be good) in order to connect to speakers...

Cool if it's phono then you'll need a mini-jack to phono lead, connect the mini jack to your computer and the phono sockets on the back of the stereo, then when you want PC sound just turn your stereo onto the AUX input...

Yeah, although for good audio quality look for one with gold connectors and decent wiring (oxygen free copper)

Got one and is working great. One small thing i suppose it isn't easy to have the music coming out of the computers speakers as well?

It wouldn't be a problem, just get a headphone splitter and use that to plug into the speaker jack on your computer, then connect the 2 different connections to that, one for the cable to your HI-FI and the other to your computer speakers.

Well headphone splitters aren't that expensive...
