CPU not geting great Temp

Lately I been told that my CPU is running to hot and I need to upgrade my cooling fan on it. I was running about 60*C while playing games. I was recommended to buy a Corsair H60 Hydro series. I ended up getting it and I notice that my Temps sit at 35-50*C. They tell me I should be siting around 20-30*C which I'm nowhere near. I was wondering if anybody could help me out. This is my computer specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz 2.79GHz
Memory: 6GB DDR3
Graphic Card: 2x EVGA GTX 550Ti
OS: Window 7 64-bit
PowerSupply: 750Watt
Hard Drive: Wester Digital 300Gig cheap

is the cpu overclocked in any way, maybe you dont have decent airflow in your case, do this:
open your case side door, boot up the computer check if any fan is malfunctioning or not working, if thats not the case, you might need to re apply the cpu fan socket or apply diferent thermal paste. good luck

Make sure the waterblock is making good contact with the CPU and that any protective film was removed.
Secondly, ensure the power connector is hooked up to a fan header.
Third, look at how you have the fan for the radiator. Make sure it's not blowing the hot air into the case.
