Disable custom signature until >50 posts

I don't know if anyone else has noticed but quite a few of the members here only seem to have signed up to post one article and put some advertising in there signature.

I would suggest that a new member has to make a decent number of posts (10, 20, 30 or even 50) before they can edit there signature so that people only joining to advertise will be forced to put the links in there post (and can be banned for it)
 
This measure has been implemented, so it's official. Sorry to those under the 50 post cut-off, but there's been too many people that don't give a damn about the rules we have.
