Dlink DI-604 problem

I am trying to set up port forwarding on my DLink DI-604 router, but when I go to its ip address and put in the default password i do not get access to it. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it?

have you tried reseting it, power off your system and press the reset button

BTW: after you have reset to defaults you will have to reenter username / password and stuff

read your manual

i tried that, and nothing happened. any other suggestions?

when are you having problems, presumably it is at initial confiuration (accessing the web configurator)
