Hmmmmmmm, yup this smells of heat a bit

Are you serious? Are these the temps that your system reports while playing?

Please read this thread - http://www.hardwareforums.com/showthread.php?t=8109

Please read the first reply by Pelvis.
What are your temps when idle?

Whay don't you search the forum for threads related to GPU temps to see.

With those temperatures, it's to be expected. While the GF 6800 does produce a considerable amount of heat, 90*C and above is ridiculous.
Check that your heatsink is fitted properly on the Video Card, give your case and all other components a good clean with some compressed air or a brush, and i have to say it - AS5, smear some of that heavenly goop on the video card's GPU and see if it makes a difference!
