firefox messed up windows

when uninstalling firefox it didnt tell windows to reset the default browser back to IE, so if i type a web address in "my computer" it doesnt log onto the net like it should, it just says "application not found"

im sure theres a way to fix it just dont know how

There sure is:

Open Internet Explorer

Tools >> Options >> Programs (tab)

Make sure the bottom option "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" is checked!

But my question is.. why are you migrating back to IE?! :O

firefox and IE does everything i want it to do, except firefox takes more mem and its a bit slower imo.. not sayin its a bad program :) just better for me
