    Hey Snipe,

It seems we have a little bit of a rendering issue between Opera 8.5 and the ads on HWF (see screenshot).

On ocassion I also see banners 'wander', i.e. when a page refreshes they end up somewhere in the center of the screen, partially covereing some content. Are these coding issues on our site or in Opera? If it's the latter case, the strange thing is I've only seen it on this site, and noplace else.

hmmm, I also get the same problem with FF sometimes. I don't have any clue as to whats causing it. Sometimes the top right banner appears in the second banner position. Its quite odd really.

I don't think I have the same problem at uni, I'm gona test it tomorrow to make sure.

I used to have that problem, haven't had it for ages though.
It got kind of annoying but I lived with it, thought it was a problem with my rig.
[ot]Cool signature Sniper! Did Waffle make it? It is very Waffle-esque! The colour is awesome!![/ot]

I have to say that my setup of Opera 8.51 and SuSE 10 is suffering :(

Those Google ads have a habit of floating right into the text box, so I can't see what I am typing!

    meh save a new thread...

    rendering issues:

My stupid network seemes to hate HWF, and everytime I visit the site I have to login (won't save cookies)...but I'm now getting this:

    strange...

    yes i've tried clearing cache/reinstalling FF/different browser..

It's overlapping the logged in menu and the "new user" message :|

The above has been fixed, I hope. I really can't say why you are having problems staying logged in though.

Also, I will look to redo template edits in the future maybe that would fix the rendering issue. I mean no one had any problems with the old style, even though the only changes made were the colour scheem and new images.
