I can't install my printer and scanner in my computer with windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit

Dear!

Before I used Windows XP and now I install Windows 7 (both 32-bit and 64-bit), but it doesn't let me install the printer and scanner in Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit). My printer is HP LaserJet P2015 and Scanner is HP Scanjet G3110. Be sure that before I used Windows XP and I can install them without any obstacles. Please let me know what I must do to install it with Windows 7. Or is it that Windows 7 can't support Printer HP LaserJet P2015 and Scanner HP Scanjet G3110? If so, can I have another helpful program that can solve it?

Try downloading the software for the printer HP LaserJet P2015 here:

and for the Scanner try here :

These are both versions for windows 7 32 bit drivers. If you go to support.hp.com you can look up most all of their hardware and find drivers for different operating systems. Are you getting any particular error when you try to install the devices?
