I need help with sounds install

    So i have installed or tried to install the realtek ac97 driver, but i keep getting the message ssaying its has not passed windows logo testing. I have installed the program telling me all the info on my computer. I need help with the sound. The realtek isn't cooperating with me. Thanks

    First you need to know what motherboard you have, then try to go to the Manufacture site and download the driver from there..make sure they are the newest drivers..
