Identifying a TV tuner

Hello, I have done a fresh reinstall on our Medion Akoya P4010 D ( MD 8850 ), and the Windows 7 can't recognize the TV tuner hardware. I have no real idea what type of tuner is in this PC, as it isn't in the manual, there is no driver CD to come with the computer and Medion does not offer drivers for this particular PC. My best guess is that its Philips brand, as it is used in majority of Medion computers.

Anybody who could help me with this issue? I'd write to support, but I don't have the guts to get through that German site again anytime soon.
