important question about power Supply

i want to buy a non-brand Power Supply 500 watt, a cheap one like made or china or something

would it be okay working on a HD 7750 VGA and i3?..or do i have to buy a brand??
 
WHY ! those will ONLY last but a few months or weeks, PLUS they are mostly under powered ,,,, And it is one way to make a new build go up in FLAMES...
