    These are my current specs
I'm concerned if I have the correct board and power supply

The card I intend on getting http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=2037&lid=1

Thank you for taking the time to view/answer and I apologise for being a complete tool.

That processor is very slow and motherboard only has x4 PCI Express slot. That video card should however be compatible.

What is power supply manufacturer and exact model?

The power supply is a corsair vs350 which I believe is 'budget-range' at best... all in all a weaksauce computer which I wanted to start beefing up.
I've seen the R9 270x needs 2x PCI-e pin connector to power, so is a 500w with this connector recommended?
thanks for taking your time to reply.

R9 270x rated max power is 180W so PSU should be enough because CPU takes only 25W max.
