Sunday night, a girl that I had known for a very long time but that I stopped talking to called me.
Yes it's an old flame...and you know what they say...actually I say it...anyways.
Old flames never die, they keep waiting and waiting until a small breeze fires it back up...and that call brought it back to life.
I didn't know what to say, neither did she. I had to go to work so I couldn't satisfy her request to see me.
I should've took the night off for her, but no, I'm a dumbass so I went to work, thinking that it was the noble thing to do.
She happened to be in my city, now she's back to hers. It's a 2 hour drive and I have no car.
I'll write to her but when will I be able to see her ?
Moment has passed now...no matter what I write it won't make the effect it would have if I had seen her...
Also I've just been slacked by my boss, a couple of weeks and then it's over.
