I have searched many forums with no solution to my problem, but I expect a simple registry setting may be the cause. I have a GA-G31MX-S2 motherboard with latest Realtek drivers and cannot get a playback option on the digital input. The Line in works fine. (I can email screen shots). I have no issue recording this device, however, would like live playback as is possible from the Line in. I am running Windows Vista with latest updates. Below is the response i got from Realtek support, so please help even with a work around. "Hi, The digital device does not support this feature since it is digital signal .
