Missing side bar (unkown actual name)

    Hi,
    When browsing in a folder there is normally thick strip down the left hand side of the window showing 'File and Folder Tasks', 'Other Places' and 'Details'. I am using Windows XP home edition and want to get this side bar back since it is missing. How do i do that?

    Steps as follows:

    1)Tools
    2)Folder Options...
    3)In "Tasks" select "Show Common Tasks in Folders"
    4)OK
