Maybe giving members the ability to add more information to the profile page. Like PS3/xbox360 nickname and types of hardware you own (computers, mobile devices, dvd players, tv's and such).
i think from a pure security reason the less info you can provide is better, but i'm paranoid, however, the more you can discover about what someone has can help in diagnosing a problem for example: if you know what spares they have, you could suggest trying a spare part so, it's quite a good idea :beer:
