Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
Case: NANOXIA Deep Silence 1
PSU: FSP RAIDER 650W

SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB SATA3 2.5inch
Monitor: Dell U2412M UltraSharp LED IPS 1920 x 1200
Is it good ? would you change anything (this is not in US so the supply isn't exactly the same).

Well first of all you need to know that it is the fans that make noise, so make sure you get good branded fans like noctua or corsair. I have very good experience with corsair fans without any low-noise adapters.

Also you have to maintain your build at least every 2 months to keep everything clean and to avoid fans getting noisy from dust.

Just don't get generic fans.

Nicky

P.S. maintain your build.

For gaming i5-4670 is just as good as 4770K. Price difference is not worth it.

Samsung EVO uses TLC chips, I recommend MLC even when some say TLC is just fine. Durability is something that cannot be tested reliably and TLC is unrealiable compared to MLC.
