This might not be a question relating to this forum but anyway honest suggestions are welcome and appreciated

Hi,...
Need a suggestion,...
My friends are moving in a new apartment Rent: $1400
3 rooms.
1= ME
2= Friend and his wife
3= second friend and his wife

Now how should the rent be share?????

His suggestion
ME= 400
F1 and wife = 500
F2 and wife = 500

Sounds a but wired to me,... ANY suggestions how it should be.

It should be the same for each person, 280 each. My math might be a little off.. same for each seems fair his suggestion doesnt.
 
I think it should be you 250 the othes 625 each! since you are alone! nearly paying for 2 people! should get it down as much as possible!

but 280 each sounds good!
 
Or just a slightly reduced payment, like 40-60 bucks a month for friend+wife because they will be using the same room
 
I was thinking like 350, 525, 525, because thou the room would be share but all the people wouldn't be confined to their rooms all the time. So, the apartment would be a bit crowded. So, does that sound fair enough. :good:
