New build, newbie.

so what budget build is better?

Number 1:

MSI B75MA-E33
i5-3350P
MSI GTX 750 TI OC V1

SB 500GB HDD
DeepCool ice edge 400 FS
standart dvd-rom
450W PSU (Corsair vs series, i live in europe)
4 + 2gb ram s
3 case fans

OR
Number 2:
Same build but get 8gb of ram.With MSI gtx 750 2gb

The main reason is for gaming and maybe some video edit, recording.
What should i get?

Processor: sucks (already obsolete, not overclockable)
Motherboard: sucks (already obsolete, not overclockable)
Video card: OK if cheap

As for HDD, cooler, DVD, memory, PSU and fans, you do have those already?

There is no reason to buy any LGA1155 stuff anymore. If very cheap, then worth to consider. Your budget to processor, MB and video card is? And you are buying from?
