One last time about Windows 7

I'm not getting the all the love for it. Especially the hype about it being so much better than Vista. I don't see much difference in the two. I see the fatty toolbar and it [supposedly] runs better on cheaper hardware. Most of the changes are in the "plumbing" so why would the average user see this a great update ? Is it that MS did a better job getting key media outlets to pimp it this time ? Enlighten me people. (Mind you I'm not saying either version sucks)

Is it worth upgrading to Win7 from XP?

(Given that my attitude is that it's not at all worth upgrading from XP to Vista... counterproductive, in fact.)
