Can you try to isolate the noise so that we know what it's coming from? We need a bit more information than this.
It could be a PSU getting old, a Fan on a GPU that doesn't work anymore (this was my case on my old computer, wouldn't work but when you started it up it would make this loud whine), or any of the case fans.
