I have a question about my phone its a nec e616/v does anyone if i can surf the net with this wap i think its called.

you can but you can only surf what threepay see as suitable which is practically nothing
 
Oh 1 more thing my phone has bluetooth on it so does that mean i cans end files to people or is it just for a bluetooth headset.

Umm you can surf the threepay site and im not sure if its fully bluetooth enabled i'll look into it.

EDIT: The e616 and e616v ARE NOT fully bluetooth enabled meaning they can only connect to headsets.
