I have literally a stack of old parts catalogs that I need to scan. These are 2 sided printed documents with anywhere from 30 to 150 pages apiece. I need to scan these, ending up with a singe PDF file for each document. I'm not sure of the best way/ most practical way to achieve this. I can run the pages through my Brother MFC-9130CW scanner using the auto feeder, and that will scan all of the odd numbered pages into one file. But then I have to shuffle (reverse) the order of the pages, to run all of the even numbered pages in order through to created the second file. Then I would have to use some sort of program that would automatically interlace them into one (PDF) file. Is there a better way, like a printer with autofeed that can scan both sides in one shot, keeping the page numbers in order? If so, name it and I will buy it! Thank you to all for helping this old guy out.
