skype icon

my skype icon doesn't show up green in HWF, although I'm loggen in on skype. Is there some special thing needed to make it work?

I think maybe its to do with privacy settings at skype, if you open this link http://mystatus.skype.com/smallicon/edijs.vilcins then go online with skype it should change.
