I have a problem with my sound card driver, when it is installed i can't shut down my comp at all, but when it is uninstalled i can shut it down and it shuts down really fast but i can't listen to music, its called the envy 24 Family Audio Controller WDM, any ideas?
Try installing them in Safe Mode n see if it works..........Also chek if there is an updated version on the net of it?
well i have downloaded the latest drivers but i will install it in safe mode and see if that makes a difference but the werid thing is that it is not in add or remove programs anymore, and it used to be but it is still in the device manager? so i don't know whats going on.
