upgrading desktop for games

wait, OK , I think I get the reason why you don't trust TLC's but you also said 'Also would you use already broken out SSD for data storage? I wouldn't.' what do you mean by that, Amazon selling used products or something??

some say however that if you are not planning to write a lot on the drive then you better go with a tlc, witch is the case for me, I just am going to install the game and play it for 2 years at least

TLC is not better in any way. However TLC does not matter much if usage is like that.

But while for same price you get MLC, why would you buy TLC?

Something I wonder for SSD's in general, will reading from them have effect on the lifespan, because all the tests on durability I found all used writing to test?

Talking about speed, that TLC seem to suck big time after a while.

It's all about writing, not reading. Reading should not wear out SSD NAND cells, writing will for sure.

1)Is this an SSD you would recommend?
http://www.ssdcenter.be/product/356...ingston-ssd/kingston-ssdnow-kc300-180-gb.html
or
http://www.amazon.de/KINGSTON-SSDNow-height-Upgrade-Bundle/dp/B00CLB4E4O/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1384362461&sr=8-2&keywords=kingston 180

2)I believe it is the same as you sugested but with 180GB now, tell me if I'm wrong
3) also what are regular prices for sata 3 cables, because I think they're overcharging them on this site
4) I wonder if the bundle in the second link contains the ssd itself

That combo looks fine. SSD drive is good enough, SATA cable should work and that 2,5 -> 3,5 inch adapter should work with any 2,5 inch SSD drive. However because SSD's have no moving parts, adapter is not mandatory. It makes installation easier altough.

1) what are you referring to with "adapter", the mounting frame?
2) is there a way to move my OS to the SSD from the HDD or to reinstall it to the SSD without losing the data on the HDD

I ordered the SSD, it's going to arrive next week, but now for some reason all my games run much slower on the same settings, is something wrong with graphics card?!

my friend also bought an SSD (samsung evo 840) he sugested that I could use his data transfer kit, but that won't work with my SSD will it(Sandisk Ultra plus 256GB)?
