UPS power supply stopped after complete discharge.

Hi!
My UPS is not giving any output power. This happened just after i completely discharged it. Now i am again charging it and connecting with my devices but i am not getting any output power from it.

I am not very sure whether the battery is having problem with input (that is, its not getting charged anymore) or with output(battery is charged but output is facing problem).

What could be the problem?
And what should i do?
 
Need more info Please ! What is the make and model of laptop and how long have you had it ? Sounds like a battery going bad, plug it in and remove the battery and turn it on, see how it runs on when plugged into the wall..
