Hi,

I have recently built a pc from scratch and when i add a new user to the logon and log-in, i get a load beep for about 5 seconds and then windows loads up the settings.

Any Idea's?

Didnt understand what exactly u are trying to say??
When u get a load beep?? Wnidows loads setings???
 
Yeah when i load user account 2 up, windows loads but in the process of loading the gui up the system gives a load beep for 5 seconds, don't know why though. Obviously there is something wrong, just can't figure out what.

You get one small beep when you start your computer; that means your computer is working fine with the Hardware... But it doesnt goes for couple of seconds. Can you go in your computer BIOS and check which version of BIOS do you have? You will find it written on the top of the screen. Also, if you are not sure then check the link i've provided, that will tell you the names of all different BIOS versions...
