Thanks for the information but I am not happy with the first step
Step 1: Creating User Accounts

I created 3 user accounts in my comp....karanislove, otherUsers, Guest. I ceate a password for otherUsers ac and I set it to limited user like Guest. One of my friend able to made OtherUsers account as Administrator, I dont know how. He didnt know my password of karanislove account.
One more thing, couple of days ago an adware installed in my computer and changed my admin password. So, I went to safe mode and there I entered into Administrator ac without any password and I change the password of my account......
Whats the use of creating acount, if nebody can enter as admin in safemode and change the password?

Whats the use of creating acount, if nebody can enter as admin in safemode and change the password?

In this particular case, it's not about who can get access but rather, what can get access. The user account step is a vital step towards preventing your machine from Virii, Spyware and other malicious code running on your beloved machine. Most Virii and spyware can only attack if the user is running as an Administrator so it has full privelages. Limiting this ability can severly cripple the code from running.
