Viewing Icons in Folders with XP

Hello

I wonder if anyone can help, everytime I set my icons in folders to "Arrange icons by > Type > Show in groups" it allways changes back to default.

Does anyone know how I can set it so it will never change fromn this view in every folder, perhaps a regedit or something?

So using "Tools > Folder Options > View > Apply to all folders" doesn't work?
