which fan is best for 540 processor?

im not sure what fan to buy for my pentium 540 3.2ghz? can anyone reccomed a good fan.

Well, that depends on what you want out of it. Silence, overclocking, or good cooling?
How much do you want to spend? Is this just the fan or the entire CPU heatsink with a fan?

That Swiftech will be fairly heavy and you'll need to purchase a fan with it, but based on previous products, that should be a pretty good cooler.
