you can't go wrong with a antec
a 400w psu for so little must be a cheap brand.
the 350w antec is a better choice than a cheap 400w.
I had a tbird 700 running on a generic 300w psu and it died right when I plugged my gf2.
I now have a antec 350w psu with a 2000+ and everything works perfectly well. having a good psu is not an option, it's a must !

Compare the labels on the 350W and the cheap 400W. The 3.3V and 5.5V rails will be higher on the Antec (like 330W I think). The 400W will probably be around 180-200. Basically, the cheapo brand isn't gonna be good. I'm also willing to bet that the 350W Antec is alot heavier than the 400W one---and thats a good thing since that means there are more components to keep the juice clean that flows into your system.
