Who are these top two people? They aren't in our member list.

I know I'm only bringing this up as their deletion would mean I would be the top penguin basher but to hell with it - it's about time I was BEST at something :D

Well, they are registered users, and unless they've done something to warrant being removed---which they haven't---they stay.
