[15:05][email protected]: Hey DaRuSsIaMaN .....I cant upload my pics to msn for some reason!
Hit me back up on link removed
My screen name is WANK4ME you can find me there.

I intermittently receive this message on my MSN messenger as long as I stay logged on, from different @hotmail accounts. While it can be rather funny, I've had enough for now. How do I prevent this spam from reaching me? And why does it happen in the first place? I asked my friend on msn messenger if he gets this, and he says he does not.

    Thanks.

I had something similar couple of years back, just ignore the messages and they should stop.

Oh. Hmm. I'm not very optimistic lol. How do they even find screennames to target? I, for instance, can't see how I can send an IM to some random person on msn, unless this person told me s/n first... so how do they know mine? Any ideas?
    Thanks.

Have you already scanned your computer for viruses with an up-to-date malware scanner?

Have you also tried logging on with that account using a different computer?
