Winamp Modern Skins

With Winamp being my preferred software for audio files, the fantastic skin "MMD3" is my chosen skin - also the chosen skin of millions of other winamp users.

My problem is that when I set MMD3 to be my winamp skin, it causes winamp to crash and won't reload until I've deleted the skin and winamp choses the default to load up with.

This happens also with most other "modern" skins, and my winamp version is the current version - 5.094

Anyone got any ideas..?
 
I've been having the problem for about 4 or 5 versions of Winamp, even when I try reinstalling it.

Theres an error report message generated when it crashes, but thats about it.
 
what version of windows have u got?i also had some problems like that but then i installed service pack 1 n that did it...if uve got SP2 then its much better i think...
